a look at angel lately

Hello loves!  I am excited to be back in a blogging groove!  I just wrapped up four weddings in three weeks (and have scheduled the recovery massage to prove it!) and have one delicious “week off” (aka week of meetings and major catch-up) before another four in three weeks!  I intend on keeping up with the blog and sharing many more inspiring engagement shoots, fab finds and gorgeous weddings with you all. But, I wanted to give you a quick glimpse at what I (myself, Angel) have been up to these days as well.  Here’s an abbreviated look at my life, lately…

Anna and I had the delight of attending the bridal shower of one of our sweet (and super stylish!) brides.  Cannot wait for her beautiful, beachside big day, which is right around the corner!  And don’t worry… Anna doesn’t always wear toilet paper as an accessory.  😉

Worked an ultra fabulous wedding with Anna *and* Michelle (our first as a trio — hooray!).  The photo above is from the floral trial we did last month with Kristin of The Treasured Petal. I’ve gotta leave you hanging for now, but I promise to share TONS more from this event soon.  I got to work with some of my favorite vendors, as well as a TV crew.  Yep — this wedding is coming to your tele this summer.  😉

I celebrated the 50th birthday of this very special woman.  🙂  More on her later this week…  Isn’t she gorgeous in her Oscar de la Renta jacket?  There is no question — I inherited my mother’s fashion sense.  She is always impeccably dressed.

I chased bunnies on Easter.  Why won’t bunnies just let you cuddle them??  And tell me this isn’t the most hilarious photo you’ve ever seen.  That bunny is running for dear life!

I’ve visited Saddlerock Ranch at least 5x in the 30 days.  I have so many weddings there I might as well move in.  (And everyone knows I would move there in a heartbeat.  Ronnie — Let me know when you’re ready for me to move into Chateau Le Dome.)  Pictured above with one of my darling clients — isn’t she the cutest thing in the world?

Attended a tasting at Terranea with a couple I ADORE.  (Like crazy.)  I cannot wait for their wedding day; it is going to be out-of-this-world fabulous!

Had a scrumptious meal at Bouchon at the Montage Beverly Hills.  It’s no French Laundry, but I’ll take Keller-light any day.  😉

Life has been very, very good these days and I thank God for all the wonderful things I’ve been able to do this year.  And it’s only May!  There’s still more than half of 2010 left — I intend on savoring every moment of the rest of this wonderful year.  Enjoy the week, everyone!  I’ll be back again soon!

xoxo, Angel
